Goals for July

Okay, so here are the goals for this month:

Rope climbing: I realized that the climbing gym that I go to also has a just plain old rope to climb, which is something I haven’t really been able to practice anywhere else. So I’m going to try working on that when I go climbing, and hopefully figure it out. It’s apparently not hard, if you get the technique down.

Handstand: Yep, again.

Running: I’d like to build up to a 15K run for my long runs.

Sloth Walk: Following the theme, I’ll try to get this up to 15 rungs.

Weight: 250 would be a good average, to undo the damage from last month.
